There are two ways to contact us online. Below we show you what they are.


1.- Contact through a form


You can contact us through a form which is accessed by clicking on the word "Contact" located at the top right of the web.

The following screen will appear where you must fill in the required fields of "Name", "E-mail" and, of course, the message you want to send.


It is necessary to click on "I have read and accepted the Legal Notice" (below the message field) and click on "I am not a bot".


Then click on the green button "Send query".

2.- Contact via chat box


Another way to contact us is by using the chat box that is always available at the bottom right of the page.


Just click on that icon.

A pop-up window will appear where you should click on the "Click here to start" button.

A drop-down list will appear for you to choose the department you want to contact. Click on the small gray triangle and choose the department.
Then click on the "Start Chat" button.
Another window appears where you are welcomed and you can start typing your query in the box below where it says "Type here and press enter".
A new window like the one below will appear.
Finally, you can end the chat session by clicking on the three dashes icon at the top right and then clicking on "End this chat session".
